◆Definition of maternity food
"Maternity food refers to food that is considered for the mother during the period of preparation for pregnancy and during pregnancy and lactation."
In addition, to join this church, you must undergo an examination, and the following criteria will be assessed by registered dietitians and midwives from the Maternity Food Association.
It's a curious criterion though...
- Keep the heat level within the appropriate range.
- Keep salt equivalent within the appropriate range.
- Does not contain nutrients that are not recommended for consumption during pregnancy.
